I am trying to figure out the best way to make bricks! I have seen people on here using molds, and my question is: Where can I find them! And if they are not for sale... how do I go about making them?
Thanks!

I can personally vouch for Kancali's molds - GREAT STUFF!
I have also use Keiths method (in the Digital Diamond ref. above)- works well

Evergreen " H" girders, press in some DAS terracota coloured clay, peel it out while itīs still damp & then leave the long strips to dry somewhere. When the strips are completely dry,cut the bricks to the desired length with the help of a jig pattern also made out of Evergreen. Itīs cost efficient ,not very tedious but quite effective.

Thanks for the replies guys. The molds are around $30, but, to be honest they are trully appealing. I think I am just going to experiment for now. I have been making teracotta bricks for a few days now. I like what I see, but it is just a pain in the ... anyway! I am going to order the molds because, for the amount of bricks I am planning on making, it just seems right. Thanks again guys!

Ps. This is what I am trying to get at. I figure on needing a couple hundred bricks by the end of it!

If you only need a couple hundred I think squadron makes some great ones, may save you some money. the mold is a good investment if you use it often enough but take care of it I have seen some sit around and become brittle or unusable. I will attach a link for the bricks, I have used them and I love them.

hope this helps,
