I just wonder how often the zimmerit was added to the shürzen. I thought it was rather rare but I may be wrong.

Quite a few pics out there Pawel showing H's with the zimmerit on the schurzen. Wasn't a universal practice by any means and seems to apply more to the "earlier" Hs but it's nice to see Atak providing that option for those who are looking to produce those photographed vehicles.

I'm a little surprised that it doesn't include zim strips for the hull superstructure sides but that may be due to the fact that the zimmerit was on the schurzen and so didn't need to be on the hull as well. Can any of the resident Pz IV experts (Henk, are you out there??! ) comment on that?

Hmmm...good point. If the Zim is applied at the factory, and schurtzen hung later, then I would find it surprising that there would be a-la-carte versions without lower side hull zim!

Hi Guys,

I have ordered and received the Atak Zimmerit set.
Looks really good to me, only problem is the missing instructions.

1)
What I would like to know: The parts on the right side in the photo, where do they go?
They definitively seem to be for the rear of the tank.
Especially the 2 very small parts give me a headache, as well as the 2 rectangular parts.

2) On the left side of the picture, there are these four smaller parts (two for the left, and two symmetric for the right). They are located next to the front hatches - what are these for?

Puh, for me it is quite confusing
