I am done a diorama dedicated to Otto Carius, is he still well in Germany.

based on what I have found on German wikipedia

"Heute lebt Otto Carius in Herschweiler-Pettersheim in der Pfalz."

he still lives in Germany (though there was nothing about his health situation).

From what i have found he became a chemist after the war,were ran his own shop in Saar were he lived, But like Marco not been able to find anything else.

Well, I think: yes.. He has a pharmacy, called "Tiger Pharmacy"..

Otto Carius celebrated his 90th birthday on 27 May 2012.
A special book was published in his honour and the first copy of it was presented to him by the publisher five weeks before Otto Carius' birthday.
