I am building an M2A2 Bradley and have decided to go for it and build a diorama for it. I have a couple soilders and am hoping to have a hall against an Iraqi street as the backdrop. I found a youtube the shows some American gang graffiti in Iraq and there is one shot that shows some stencil graffiti in Arabic. Any one have pictures or know of links that have graffiti in Arabic? I have looked on google with little success.

Thanks for the help,
Tony

Thanks for the help. I really like a few of them. I will get a friend to translate them. Given the diorama will be in my office I want to make sure it does not say anything offensive.

Cheers,
Tony

If anyone here is interested

The first pic in Frenchy's post says (Deafeat America - America defeated).. I guess that's the only really that could be considered offensive

Second one says (First Islamic Legion)

Third one just says (Doctoring.. or Healing) I guess there's a pharmacy there or something

Fourth says (The people take revenge on the neo-Ba'athists.. from the dirty Malky)

Fifth one says first on the right in red (No Deal) then next to it (Yes to Iraq)

And the last on says (Long live Iraq)

The first one in Pauls post says (Long live the A'thamiyah revolutionaries)

Second one says (Long live Imam Mahdy's Army)

If anyone wants a graffiti that says a particular slogan.. let me know and I'll write it for you in Arabic.

I dont know what time frame you're going for, but in Desert Storm, I would say that most of the graffiti that we saw was standard GI stuff, Names and unit markings like "John Smith 109 MP" or "Desert Dogs", maybe the occasional "Killroy Was Here". The US military is now starting to have problems with gang members like "MS13" and others enlisting.
