Well done!
What did you use for the headlights?

One of the serious problems in planning against Canadian doctrine is that the Canadians do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligations to follow their doctrine.

Hi Rick.
The method used to make the lights is very simple, but produces the relief over the lenses. I'm sort of writing an article about the method. Probably will be online in my page late this week. But in a nutshell, you simple use a round handle to heat-form a dish using clear acetate. The secret is to use a piece of PE grille or mesh under the plastic being formed, while still hot. Therefore, the PE mesh will leave its footprints on the plastic. Finally, remove the dish off the sheet.

Always wonderful to see beautifully done 1/72 scale projects. I checked out your build log on your site and the various progress photos are inspirational. Keep on

Very nice little T34. I like the subdued weathering, and the green colour used is perfect IMO. If I was to critic something, it would be that both tank and base are very green, with no contrast in the scene. Probably a personal opinion ... but might be worth thinking about???
What green did you use?

Hi Frank,
Good catch. The lack of contrast is exactly one of my dislikes. I could bring the grass more to the yellow side, but gave up. In fact, the dio started as an idea to show the camouflage effectiveness, with a more dense vegetation, shadows and all, but I agree it is a bit too monotone.
The green was done mixing Tamiya acrylics. I don't remember the formula, but I think it is in my blog.
Thank you all for the nice comments.

Magnificent!
I do like the vegetation, especially the trees. Are they self made or commercial?

If you didn't say, I would think this is a 1/35 dio. Very well finished on the kit and base, I think the tracks are okay.

Well, I like all of it, especially the trees. Very good placement of them.
Anyone who can work in this small scale, my hat is off to them!

Rogerio,
Excellent build! Realistic weathering, I especally like the verity of green shades that you have used to render a very true to scale single color effect in this tiny scale. The vehicle and ground blend in very nicly. Thanks for pointing out some of the shortcomings on this kit. And great job on the ground and trees. Well thought out compositon with the vehicle and ground work. Nice set of photos too!
Thanks for sharing your dio / build here and hoping to see more of your stuff.
