Am I allowed to say WOW with a deep sigh of proudness in that sigh, my old man passed away many years ago, during WW2 he'd tell me stories about his job, something about ammo, trucks and stuff, if he were alive today, and I built something only half as good as your dio I know he'd love it to bits, well done mate.

That's a very nice thing you've done for your dad.
You may want to check your floor-there's a "T" shaped piece missing which slides into the eqilibrator underneath the gun carriage. It may have worked loose and fallen off.

nice job and idea keenan. well done. just a tip, maybe think about putting some junk around the dio, like amo boxes, bags, toold, magazines, chairs, etc etc. to me it looks a little bi uniform, if you add the above stuff it will give it that more of a used look about.
cheers

Hey everyone I just wanted to let yall that I presented this to my Dad. I wasnt for sure what he thought at first I think he was really surprised. I waited a few days and then ask my Mom what he thought about it she said he really appreciated it and shows it to everyone that comes over to there house. All I can say is that (Im a proud son of a Vietnam Vet) and Im glad to be able to give him something to show that Im proud of him.
Thanks to all that have commented.
