I'm about to embark on a journey of serious vision strain as I attempt to install cage armor on an 1/72 scale Academy Stryker. Anyone done one of these? Any Suggestions? Any prayers?

Thanks,

Umm, the only thing I can say is God be with you. Slat armor is hard enough in '35th scale, let alone '72

Are you making the slat armour yourself or is it a brass fret kit? I am curious because I would like to do something similar for a 1/72nd CDN Leopard 2A6 in Afghanistan

Its the Eduard set for the M1126 Stryker. Unlike the 1/35 scale kit - the side slats come in one piece - but these things are Fragile -

So I was hoping someone had built one and could shed some light on the best way to install.

Hi Frank,

I wish you luck! I guess I have the same set (eduard) and have looked many times at the instructions. It keeps me puzzling everytime I take a look at it. So I'm sorry I cannot provide any help.

Good look and show us what you made of it!
