Howdy Geoff, from the creosote bush and sprocket rings it appears to have been snapped at MCAGCC(Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center) 29 Palms, CA. The lack of Tac Marks makes me think that it is one of the vehicles from the equipment pool. And the high angle of the shot, probably taken from one of the Range Towers. Where did you come across the photo? Outta here, Mike sends . . .

Howdy Geoff, the crewman has a Woodland pattern kevlar helmet cover so it must be from late 2003 or earlier. Best guess about the time frame but I am certain of the location. Outta here, Mike sends . . .
