I'm going to throw this out there and see if anyone has any ideas how to solve my dilemma.
I'm working on the Academy M113A1 Vietnam model and am going to modify it to replicate it's use by the 720th MP Btn as a patrol/convoy escort vehicle.
I want to use the figure that is standing up outside the vehicle. It should be easy to paint the helmet to resemble the black helmet liners that were worn, but I would also like to include the brassard that was worn on the left arms of MP's. The figure is wearing only a flak vest (which is okay according to ref pics I've found) but he also has a bandage on his left bicept.
I know I will most likely need to remove the bandage to make this work but I guess my question is, can anyone think of a way to replicate the brassard?
Thanks!

Hi
You could use either a thin piece of Tin Foil like you get from take away meals or some of the Tamiya masking tape as that's smooth looking.
Hope this helps.
