I created a Campaign Ribbon Bank over the weekend as a simple storehouse for prospective Leaders seeking an award for their activity. It is a great place to look at all the ideas sent to me for using in future campaigns.

Please send your Ribbon ideas to [email protected]

I will update the Campaign Ribbon Bank as I get new submissions and campaigns they're selected for. We can never have too many - so send in those ideas!

Nice idea Gunnie

Is it so that anyone can design a ribbon and send it to you even if the ribbon is (at that time) not related to any campaign in progress or planned??

I'm not GunTruck, but I reckon the answer to your query is a yes, since he mentioned "future campaigns" in his post.

Gunnie,

Maybe it is a good idea to tell us what a good ribbon should look like, (size, colors, format, ...)?

I like the idea of submitting designs for campaign ribbons. As Roadkill says if someone could give info on the format of the submissions it would be fun to do one.

If you keep your ribbons close to 45 pixels wide by 18 pixels high, you should be okay.

I was thinking Ribbon A would be for the 21st century tanks proposed-campaign as it depicts an M1 silouhette on a green circuit board, while medals D and E (really the same but converting it into a different file format screwed up the color of one version) were to be for the Naval Aviation campaign as I tried to depict it has a ship's anchor with wings
