Dose anyone know who to Contacted if i need replasment parts of a model from Dragons model Company and how long dose it normally take to get the parts from them?

This is the actual DragonCare link.
I had a bad sprue, which DML didn't have any stock on. From the messages in DragonCare, it appeared I was communicating with someone in the USA, since they said "we don't know how long it will take DML in China to send it, maybe 6 weeks".
I ended up getting an alternative sprue from another kit that they did have in stock/available. They were very helpful and the replacement arrived in 3 days once we figured out what I could get.
Hopefully, you won't need something that has to come from China.
