Hi Alan. Good review. These are beautiful figures ... great relief, so painting should be a breeze. Nice fine details also.
I bought this (!!) kit some years ago in a sale, for a planned airborne jeep, but it has some differences. It is numbered 35.521 as well, but is called "UK para crew for airborne jeep". It has a white label with B&W images ... must be an older version. The big difference is that it has 3 figures.
The two included here are in mines as well ... exactly the same, plus a standing figure. I checked out the Resicast homepage and it appears to be figure 35.523, although its hard to be sure considering the picture quality and size.
Not really important, but maybe interesting.

Hi Frank,
Yes, the figures have been around for a long time. I haven't seen the older presentation set, they do a single figure for the radio operator and also another jeep crew which I have ordered up.
The detail on their paras is pretty amazing. You should join the Market Garden Campaign and get them into a jeep.
Cheers

I´d really love to ... have the jeep and am sets as well ... but I have so much underway at the moment, I can´t start anything else. As for campaigns, I just dont have the time either ... and wont enter anymore until I know I can ensure the project can be finished within its time frame. I´ll be with you guys in spirit though.

Hi Frank,
a man after my own heart!! I seriously doubt I'll get finihsed, but it will have been fun trying. I know Sep/Oct and Nov are going to be really busy months for me at work, I'm not expecting much modelling time.
Good luck with the projects.
