Just found your site yesterday via a post on Missing Links and man was I blown away. What a great site you've got going on here. Very professional looking and informative. Keep up the great work!

Bryan,
Thank very much for the compliments. I would love to take all the credit but everyone has been doing a great job contributing to the site. I am certainly happy with the reception by the hobby community so far. Should be interesting to see what it looks like in a year.

Thanks again,
Jim

I must agree, I love whats happening here. I have been looking for a "home" on the internet since I got back into modeling and now I have found it. The layout, graphics, and features are incredible and you can really tell this wasn't thrown together in a couple days. One of the best part are the poeple who post on this message board. They arn't constantly flaming people. That is pretty rare for a message board. It is so nice to be able to get advice without being told how dumb you are and smart whoever answers you is.

Drewgimpy(Andrew),
Ive been modeling for the pat 22 years. Through out the years my talents and experiance has grown, especially with web sights like this one . Jim and his staff has down a great job. I agree with you. I dont like guys that do what you say. This is a hobby, something we like to do for fun. Jim has brought together a great bunch of guys here. I havnt seen one person talk down to another. Dont get me, ther those like myself that are currently in the military or have been in the military, so we try to help with correct reference info and not trying to make someone sound like an idiot because they never been on a Abrams or a Sherman or has never seen a uniform in there entire life besides whats in a book.
Thanks to the Armorama family!!!!!!!!!

Jim,

Take this all in!! You were the one to create and start this! The addition of Kencelot and Sabot keep to make this going strong. The in-flux of new members keeps this growing too, the reputation is spreading! This is an awesome community! But you took the lead and made the inititative. Look where other things in the world would be if someone didn't start them (works both ways good and bad)

Take the credit Jim!!! You deserve it!!!

Kencelot (Ken) and Sabot(Rob) deserve each a bow too!!

You all are it!!

I gotta agree with Drew(Gimpy) that this is the first board I have frequented that is real interactive (heck even made me a moderator) and nobody has taken a "holier than thou" attitude. Plus the absence of snide remarks and other flames makes this a pleasant place to call home.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. The credit is equally deserved with all.

I am trusting that if we do have an occasionaly trouble-maker that Ken and Rob will bust some heads. LOL!

Brian,
Thanks. I really appriciate that you and others are enjoying the site. Believe me my ego is greatly boosted everytime I check the site stats and see the usage rising. I am just glad that this site seems to be filling a needed hole in the online scheme of things. Much work to do though, so I still feel I can't quite rest on my laurels.

And Ken and Rob do deserve a lot of credit too! The site wouldn't be what it is without their past, present, and future help. Thanks guys!

I agree with everyone here Jim. This is a very excellent site. It has everything a modeler could ever ask for. I've only been a member for a short time, but I find myself coming back here more than any of the other sites I visit. As my teenage boys would say "ITS PHAT". Keep up the great work, and this is for everyone. Chris (Tiger 1) Carney.
