Hello everyone!

I have now completed most glueing stages of this little chap, I'm now onto the paint.
I'm wondering, would it be better to leave it flat black, go over in a glossy black, or just add a gloss paint on top of the flat black?
I am using vallejo paints, and ended up using the flat black because the gloss black is harder to paint.

I think a flatter color would be more appropriate for this type of vehicle. I don't believe that this would have had a high gloss finish baesd on type of car, and time frame.

Thanks everyone

I think i'm keeping my citroen to a nice, clean cut version, not much dust or mud but i might do a little.

Hi,
the Glossy black from vallejo is a bit duller than norman gloss black. more like a "boot shine" well i used it on my GRU figure. maybe test that one out on something?
