I agree with James. Historicus Forma should be everything you need.
If you are looking for S/F/Fantasy/Horror you may also check Model Geek.

I notice you mention `Non-military` do you have some thing specific you are interested in ? just that most of the figure sites i use are mainly military but cover all military history.

Thanks guys for replies, Steve I'm interested in civil figures of the 1920's 1930's era like movies actors/actress, baseball players and ordinary peoples of that era, I know it's not a very popular subjects.

Hi

You could try

www.planetfigure.com and www.timelinesforum.com/

Both are figure modelling and painting sites that deal with a broad range of subjects. Admittedly like most there is a fair amount of military stuff but others subjects are discussed and shown.

Worth a look and it'll only cost you a bit of time to see if it's what you want.

These are the two along with Historicus Forma I would suggest

Planetfigure and timeslines are the ones i was thinkink of although like you say its not a very often covered subject although i have seen the odd pieces around for this era. Try posting this same question on planet figure and see if others there might have more specific sights as there are others.

HF does all genres and subjects within the figure modelling realm, be it historical or fantasy or sci-fi, civilian or military, mini or large scale. I doubt you'll find a forum that specializes in civilian figures.
