In case someone is still trying to figure out the name of this M1A1 TUSK.

It is the "Bad Blessing" of Company B, 1st Battalion, 35th Armor Regiment, Task Force 4-27 "Thunder", 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, Multi-National Division. (Courtesy of Tankograd Book No. 3009 - M1A1 / M1A2 SEP Abrams TUSK)

Hi Calvin,

You're correct. A few of us had a hard time figuring out the name of this tank as the mark on the barrel was not clear. However, I received the Tankograd book yesterday and the mystery was solved.

How do you know its bad blessing? The pics of 'bad blessing' in the tankograd book show it looking somewhat different to this, and theres no mention of it ever having a mine roller fitted...?

I should say it is not "Bad Blessing" since that tank had the smoke deflector hold on the other side of the turret. with a "23" draw on it in solder material.
Maybe it is "Bad Influence", from the same B Company...
