Alldredge,
From your picture, it appears that your hull is higher in the front that at the back, but the hull isn't completely installed, since the engine/Fuel tank deck has a gap with the rear sponsons (top part of the rear hull). There seems to be a little more of the top of the road wheel covered on #5 than there is on #2. Not much, though.
A couple pictures from Prime Portal of a similar angle for the bottom of the side skirts vs. the road wheels.
The Abrams loaded on the HETT trailer could be depressed slightly, but I don't think you will "lower" a 70 ton tank's suspension very much with mere chains!
