Tamiya NATO Green is very close to standard, but then again there is hardly a standard for vehicles serving in Russia's varying weather conditions and lack of proper standard shade in some units. If you are into enamel then I personally recommend Modern Russian Armor Green by White Ensign Models of England, it is sort of hard to come by but really one of the best enamel hobby paints (use it as base to be weathered and filtered otherwise it will look like semi-glossy toy).

I use the Model Mastr Version. It works good for World War 2 stuff, and I semi'glossed it for a parade T-55. I do add black, white, shades of medium green to mix with colors frequently to change them up a bit so all my tanks don't look the same color
