I think MSN offers some kind of member upgrade package that gives you something like 20mb for $20 a year, but I haven't seen that offer pop up in a while.

I would hold off though. I will soon (yeah yeah I know I keep saying this) have the Photo Post system available here on the site and you will have the option of upgrading that account also to allow for additional storage (for a similar fee but all the proceeds go to help support the site).
