Dose anyone know if Osbrey or any company produces a book on how to build and detail and recomindations for up today parts like they do for other builds on the Abrams Tank

As far as I know Osprey has never published a guide to modeling the Abrams tank on its modeling series. I am also not aware of print publications about modeling the tank but why not check here and other places on the Web for build articles. I know plenty of folks here posted build blogs on the Abrams so you should start to search here.

Be patient I am sure someone will do a book on the Abrams at some point.

No,but they have done one in the New Vanguard series,although it runs up to variants used in the first gulf war.As stated, start here and then do a bit of "Googling",i`ve found loads of stuff on the interweb so good luck - it`s all out there somewhere.
