ive seen people say it on other sites many time, this isnt the (insert username here) fansite, if you wanted you couldve pmed, gino has a life, hes not on armorama 24/7 just to statisfy your personal needs, again, there are other people who could answer your question.

I am flattered, but others could answer as well. The US Army and USMC do/did use them extensively. The M777 is replacing them now. I am not sure how far the feilding is along though.

The M777 is currently in use at Ft. Bragg and Ft. Carson.
I haven't seen them at Ft. Lewis, but didn't really have a chance to get out and look.

A look in my book... yes they use the M-198 howitzer.
