I am building the Hasegawa gas truck and Hasegawa specify the color of the vehicle as Blue-Black if it is used by the Navy. It seems odd to me.
Did any of you verify that color? Are there photos of IJN vehicles?

I haven't seen one but I am told from a reliable source that Hasegawa's Navy color call-out is correct. I agree with the weirdness of it...
