Got inspired watching some figure work so I thought I'd have a go at one myself, just to do something different from AFVs . The figure is an Alpine piece, painted with Vallejo and Andrea acryllics.
This is still a work in progress, it's gonna be mounted on a small vignette.
Please feel free to comment and let me know what I did right, wrong and areas for improvement.

Nice work. The face painting is nicely done and you did a real good job of shading and high-lighting his uniform and boots. Good paint color selection also. I like it !

Very well done. You've captured the look of a battle weary and very cold tanker. Nice job.

real nice paint job. Has the look of tired and cold. The five oclock shadow is great, makes it stand right out.

Great work.
I like the texture of the jacket, it looks real.
Will it inserted a dio ?
Best,
Julien

very nice job indeed.
but, there is one thing that bothers me, and that's his "standing position". he looks kinda weird with that stance

Nice work, Per-Erik, very nice indeed.
That's because he's designed to be leaning against something.

Very nicely done. He looks tired, cold but he also has that look of a veteran soldier who has seen lots of combat.
