Can somebody tell me who produce suitable crew figures in 1/35 scale for M1A1 Abrams with TUSK I ?

Your best bet is probably the Hobby fan Stryker crew set. Seen as it appears most tank crews wear the ACU combats and MOLLE vests the Hobby fan stryker crew figure sets looks like the best option:

You could also try using the new Alpine modern afv crew, but I think you'll struggle to fit them in the hatches (if thats you intention)
