Hi Charles
Really good to see your models on display again. You're the inspiration for me in many of my models and I want to say thanks for that in particular.
This is a marvelous collection and I hope to see some more of your work to come. My favourite of course is the LAVIII, some of your best work there mate.
cheers;
Bob

I have seen some of Charles work in the past and in general he is something special. He does an excellent job bringing rare subjects out via scratch building.

Great collection of superbly built models.
Not sure if anyone else is aware here though, but I believe many of these models got smashed up when Charles posted them to someone so sadly we wont be seeing them anymore, also Charles did say he had quit modelling.....

truely a wonderful collection. charles a.k.a. 'Ti' and Joe are the two who has inspired me. Great builds and unfortunately all his good work got destroyed. But I know he will be back. I think he mentioned trying 1/24 scale. If that is true then I will be eagerly waiitng to see the outcome of that.

Always great to see these models again. Thankfully I was lucky enough to see a few of these in the flesh, before they got damaged. Hopefully you find the calling again Charles.

Thanks all. Although those models will never be seen again they are not forgotten. I still have some builds up my sleeve. I also trying out 1/24 scale trucks. Got some builds planned as well as some odd 1/35, as usual.

But all this will start happening when my girlfriend and I find a bigger place to move into as the one we have now is really small and no place for modeling. So, watch out for some stuff from me in the near future.... Thanks for all the support you all have given me.

Hi Charles. Good to see these models again. Except i have not seen that front loader before. At least i dont think so..
What model is that? Looks pretty big to be 1/35. Looks awesome. Got any more pictures of that model?
Once again you have a wonderful collection and it is shame all got destroyed.
But now i see you are planning to come back and you will be going into 24 scale as well. Cool. If you can build exceptional models in 1/35 i can imagine what you can do in 1/24. Looking forward to it.

Hey Charles, I knew that you did all kind of modern things but it's the first time I saw so many of your works, you are really talented -espcially love the armoured truck (Oskosh?) on 17..
Keep on this way!

nice one Charles it is good to see you are still around.
I have to say the one i really like is the wheel loader, knowing that it is a rebuild from a toy makes it even more amazing, and i would have loved to seen more pictures of its construction.
cheers

Thanks everyone. Jason, The front loader was a toy I bought from a local supermarket. It's suppose to be a kid's toy which I transformed by removing the internal controllers and other unnecessary items I did not need to make it a static model. I had done some heavy body construction to get it as close to the real Volvo 220E loader as possible.
The before shots:

Thanks JB.

Appreciate the kind sentiments.

Keith, sorry I did not take any pics of the construction. But you can tell what I changed and added by looking at the pics of the before shot and after shots.

No problem Jason. I had looked at other loaders but the price was preventing me getting them. So I pondered with this chiild's toy for some time until I decided to go along and gave it a try.

I think it is scale 1/32.
