There are no specific "modern" arty crewmen sets that I know of. You can use just about any of Dragons ODS-era figures with PAGST body armor and LBEs (suspenders and pistol belt for carrying gear) as artillerymen. They don't use any specific gear or equipment that other soldiers don't use. You just have to find the right poses that fit what you are looking for.
