are there any 1/35 kits for this British APC? i havn't found any, but may not have looked everywhere

Cromwell and Accurate Armour both do the 432 series. Cromwell does a couple varients of the Bulldog

Cromwell models do the FV430 Bulldog, both the RWS version, and the turret version. The cromwell kit is reasonably priced and its a magnificent model of the bulldog, i really highly recommend it!
