Hey, I just finished a M3A1 Stuart. I am nearly finished with my M2A1 Howitzer and am awaiting a fender to finish my M3A1 Scout Car. Soon to add a M35A1 Gun Truck. All pieces are of the same scale. I was wondering if anyone knows of a theater that would encompass all of these pieces. Would same a lot of time on the bass, since I prefer to scratchbuild it. Oh, also have some generic U.S. Infantry. Thanks in advance.

The M3A1 Stuart, M2A1 Howitzer, and M3A1 Scout Car could all be in a WWII scene, possibly from N. Africa or another early war scene.

The M35 is a post WWII era vehicle used in Vietnam up through the early 2000s. Some are still in use today as well in M35A2 and M35A3 versions. It would be out of place with the others.

Although the factory gun truck "Nancy" was used in Vietnam, not all gun trucks were operating in that conflict only. There were several modifications made to the GMC cargo truck during WW2. Armor plating was added to the sides, sometimes a .50 cal. turret in the passenger's seat, and 4-5 .30 cal. and .50 cal. mgs mounted on the back of the truck. These were sometimes on a sliding rail, allowing them to be repositioned easily.

Yes, but the M35A1 was not used in WWII. In WWII they were CCKW 2 1/2 ton trucks. So the M35A1 guntruck is still out of place.

Also, Nancy was not a factory-made guntruck. She was made by her crew, just like all the guntrucks in Vietnam.
