Hi Toby
Maybe a bit clearer idea of what you are saying. I think it's you are asking for the equivalent colours in Vallejo, but is that Model Color or Model Air ? Adding a "please" might be nice as well when asking a favour of people.

Hi there,
Could somebody please tell me if there are tamiya, vallejo or another company regular paint (not air)equalivent for: RAL 7028 (Dunkelgelb) RAL 6003 (Olivgrun) RAL 8017 (Rotbraun). The RAL numbers are from a website discussing the elefant at aberdeen. I believe the RAL codes are strictly german numbers. I have looked online and cannot find a chart for cross reference.
Thank you for your help. Have a nice day.

From the vallejo website
Probably the closest to 7028 is RAL7030=Vallejo #884
RAL6003=Vallejo #890
RAL8017=Vallejo #872
Tamiya paints are approximations at best and there are any number of equivalency listings on-line.

Hi Toby
Hopefully information on this site will give you what you require. It lists several model paint suppliers and tells you about the time period in which each colour was used.
http://www.miniatures.de/colour-ral-farben.html
There was another site which did a very comprehensive job of equivalent colours but when I tried the link I got a warning of it being a dangerous site with the potential to download nasty stuff to your pc so I won't give you that!
Hope its of help.

Toby, go to the Vellejo web site look at their EQUIVALENT VALUES. This tells you all the paint manufactures, RAL. FS numbers and how they compare. I saved it to my documents and can look up any number of another paint and compare it to the number of the paint I am using. This is the best.

Hi
In their Model Air Range it would be Dark Yellow, Tank Green and Tank Brown. There is also a Tank Dark Yellow 1943 as well.
