Hi Richard
The M1:80 scale on your drawing means that the drawing is eighty times smaller than the real engine. For example, 1mm on the drawing is equal to 80mm on the real engine.
To convert the M1:80 scale to 1/35 scale, I would suggest the following:
1. Multiply all measurements on your drawing by 80x to get the dimensions to real size.
2. Reduce these measurements 35 times (divide by 35) to reduce the drawing dimensions to 1/35scale.

like that idea i will trade you a set of line drawings of a world war two German 90 ton steam railway crane -1937 Ardeitwerke a.g. Eberswolde for sratchbuilding are you into it ? Brock Beckstedt of Norfolk,Virginia 1/35 scale diorama builder and a student of the arts
