Here is another for the shelf. Straight from the box an M-18 Hellcat. The decals turned out like crap so it wont make it to any show anytime soon, but I thought I would still share it with everyone.

the road base came from the local hobby shop he makes and sells them for cheap. Then I put some paint on it and called it good..

I used Tamiya Olive drab I mix the paint 3 parts base paint, 1 part white, 1 part gloss, 2 parts thinner.

The kit is about 8 yrs old so that might explain why the decals gave me such a fuss and yes this is the kit from Academy.
