I'm calling this one done. German 35T and a squad of infantry on the first day of the invasion of Poland in 1939. The tank is from CMK. The figures are from masterbox and the wall is an old custom dio piece Thanks for looking. let me know what you think?

Nice job on the 35T, a kit you don't see built too often.

Don,
That is terrific!!! And how about a back up set of boots? What a really cool tank, ugly but cool. Outstanding job on the figures and dio. You've done a great job in capturing a piece of history in 3D.

Well done, nice dio!
Just one observation regarding this sign on the wall. I don't know really what it should be, but it defintely looks to clean and to thick (out of scale).
A bit of green pigments (moss) and some dust on the walls "roof" will do good also.
Good job
Claude

Hi Don. Another nice little dio. Simple and straight-forward .... but nothing Id crtic except what Claude mentioned above. I like the 35T .. not a common model on these pages, which make it refreshing.

This is a great scene, I really like how the tank and troopers go together, and the road side details are fantastic!

Martin, the trees are small twigs covered with Noch tree foliage.
Pit, the tracks were a b*tch!

I really like the 35(T)! There is so much early war armor that the major manufacturers overlook! Whenever I look through an armor reference volume or some historical tome I always see so many subjects, especially older, early war tanks that would make great kits! Of course, I guess if modelers wanted these enough, there would be more available. Anyway, super dio, and again I love the tank!
When you thought of this build, did you first decide on the time frame and theater and then build from there or did you like the tank and then built around it for the theme?
