I'm currently building a diorama (my first) and I've ran into a little speed bump. Im doing a 1/48 scale beach, but I can't find any palm trees in that scale. I"ve checked all over the internet, and can't find any. So I'm going to scratch build them, but I'm not sure exactly how to. If anyone has any ideas, please share... I was told to ask for Chas Young, you come highly recommended.
Thanks!

Here is one way
Tropical Foliage

Just extend the size of the trunk and adjust for scale.
