I have DML's T-34 with bedsprings, and I am wondering if there any casting numbers other than the ones on the rear of the turret, which is a "Flattened Style" Turret, Summer '44 Production, according to this article on ML. Thanks for the help.

Hi,
Ray's article is pretty good. I've spent some time checking his sources and find little disagreement with him. Unlike American Shermans which seemed to have multiple numbers and emblems on all cast surfaces the Russian T-34 is pretty sparse. As Ray points out you sometimes see numbers on the mantlet and I would also add that a two digit number often appears on the commander's cupola. Hope this helps.
Regards, Bob Cash
