What model exactly did you buy?
Actually the only Kampfpanzer Leopard I heard of is post-war West German main battle tank...

Pawel

So it looks that I'm not the only one who only knows post-war West German Leopards.
Then why is this thread in WWII-German group?...
It got me confused a bit...

Vodnik,
we manufactured over a 1.000 L1A1 under KM license. We had 200 L1A1 straigth out of KM and the one build here were slightly modified and named L1A2I (I stands for Italy)...

Fabio,
OK, I stand corrected - so I only know West German and Italian post-war Leopards now
Although being licence built doesn't quite make them Italian...
So if pictures of modern Leopards are what Wildcat needs then here is a few sources:
http://www.fortunecity.de/wolkenkratzer/firelli/95/ausrstung.htm
http://www.panzerbaer.de/types/index.htm
http://www.panzer-modell.de/

Pawel

Vodnik,
I'm sure there are Canadian special variations too...
The biggest differebce betwen an Italian and a German one is in the turret that has been modified to accomodate the Galileo (instead of the Zeiss) optical rangefinder as you can see from the pic below. The German one is round...
