Hello,
is there any AM stuff available for the Trumpeter AS90 in 1/35? I only know the new Bronco tracks and Echelon did a small decals sheet. But is there more stuff like PE out there?
One more question: Which barrel is more apropriate- the long or the "short" one?
TIA,
Thomas

Lion Roar does an inexpensive p/e set as well as Eduard. Bronco Model just announced a set of tracks.

Many thanks for the infos!
I was surprised to see Eduard PE stuff for the AS90, because I searched their site, but I didn´t find it. So I expected they don´t have any.
I didn´t use the search funktion, but went through the product list menu.
When you go that way, it doesn´t show up. Just tried it again and doesn´t show up.
Will have a look on the AA upgrade, too!
Thanks,
Thomas

The trumpy kit is: according to info the Accurate Armour Kit linked to above:
a bad copy of the original AA Resin Kit.
.
The resin kit really does make a difference to the Trumpy kit, as it is not accurate.
BUT CAREFULL, as AA also do a long-barrell & Short-barrel conversion kit!
Different barrels & travel locks.
The Trumpy travel lock resembles the one for short barrel.
.
AA also do tracks, as above.
.
If you are doing a GW1, then do the short barrel version, I'm not sure if the long barreled version was used in GW2, someone may know better.

The long-barrel "Braveheart" version is for export only and is not used by the British Army.

Many thanks for the replies!
Got the kit for 11.50 Euros (17 USD) so there´s room for AM.
Thomas
PS: I´ll build the short barrel gun then.
