Rubber bands...no.

Closest thing available is SP Designs resin link-n-length correct tracks. Glue them to gether, heat them up, wrap them around, cool them off. They will also require the correct sprocket for mounting them on, also from SP Designs.

Otherwise it is Master Club tracks as clickable resin individual links.

Thanks Jacques for the information, I was ready to throw the kit supplied tracks away and only now had any success in assembling them into a workable solution after 11 hours.
