Hi all,
Found a 1/72 Hellcat by Retrokit (www.retrokit.net/index.html)
It's quite expensive, but a vehicle I'd like to build.
Anyone built it or know what the kit is like. Anyone had experience of ordering from retro-Kit?

Be Prepared for a lot of tiny fragile parts.
Plus the Mold Cutter doesn't know how to cut rubber molds....
translating into jarred, step like features where it should be a smooth surface.
There is a fret of PE that looks good when on the completed model,
when painted up, it looks quite good.
"If" you want to pay the price in money, time and effort.
There is another one out there, but ethics will not aloow me to discuse it.

I don't have build the Hellcat but have made some Retrokit UK kits: T15, automitrailleuse SAVA and have other ones on my shelves: Renault ACG1, Da Vinci Tank ...
There are really good kits. Many little and tiny parts that ask some attention to avoid to broke them. Those kits are award-winners if you take the time needed to build them
I've never had any problem ordering via their website. And Dominique is a nice guy that answer any question he receives...
