Should a M113 from the vietnam era have a matt or a glossy finish to the olive drab?

Not a specific expert but I'd say never glossy... it could be semi gloss.

The OD should be flat not gloss. To my knowledge the only vehicles that had gloss finishes were General Officer or ceremonial vehicles (for parades, etc.).
