Looked for a ZSU-23-4 in internet hobby shops and couldn't find but I found some on ebay. Is this kit OOP? The one I ordered is a Dragon and lists indidual links so I guess it ain't that old. OK second question was there ever a 35th scale kit of a ZSU-57-2 produced?

The Dragon/DML ZSU-23-4 is the only kit available. It was originally released in the early '90s and is a pretty good kit. It is like all other Dragon kits, it comes and goes as to when Dragon releases them. They are reproduced every few months/years as they feel like the market warrants. So at times, they do seem scarce, but will be out again soon.
The ZSU-57-2 was made by Heller many moons ago. It was a pretty old kit and is long out of production. It does come up on eBay from time to time. It is not up to current kit standards though.

Are you sure about Heller's ZSU kit ? They had released the AA variant of the French AMX-30 (...in 1975) :

But I've never heard about a ZSU kit...

I believe it was Heller who had the ZSU-57-2, maybe not, but I do remember one in 1/35 quite some time ago.
