Hi all. It's been a while since I last checked in. Just wanted to show some of my diorama worked to you all. I'm still adding stuff and just wanted to give you an idea of what they look like. Hope you like them. They are under 'Dioramas' on this site: One-Step-Further

Most impressed with the Marder dio Ti! Those pines come up really well and I have employed the same technique to my own dio which I should have up and running soon... That last photo was great with the light seemingly filtering through the branches, and the ground cover was a necessary minimum methinks Well done!!

Killer stuff. I flipped around the site a little. Really like the land-based 210mm gun, and the improved 76mm turret seems to be coming along very well.

First rate models charles! Your dio work is coming on so well. Those pine trees are fantastic. Maybe it would be an idea to hide the sides a little as you can see how the groundwork was built up. One other little nit-pick was the oshkosh and trailer..... the windows would be hard to see out of!! But overall an amazing site and the vehicles are unreal. Time for some figures now????
Good luck!

The showing of the groundwork base was intentional but I won't make a habit. The oshkosh and trailer was slightly over done. That I know, but left it that way. Thanks for great response guys. :-)

To plasticbattle, there is article under 'tips' on how I did those pine trees, if you're interested.

I see you are back on track Ti. Nice work. My favorite is the stingermount as well but the marder dio looks awesome especially those pine trees. Nice picture angle. :-)
By the way how is your 1/72 LHD diorama coming along? Can't wait to see it.

Diesel.

The LHD is still in it's unfinished mode. I havn't gotten around to it yet. Been busy but I'll try and get back on track with it. I'm trying to get most of the little projects otta the way first.

Thank you Savage but they are still being fixed up. I still gotta add figures(which I hate doing, because I havn't reach the confidence level to do them). I working on so man dios at the same time. Some I'm doing over, it's crasy. All those dios were done in a span of 13 days.
The reason - I have too many other things to do.

Nice work!!! - Great models!
But I noticed that your models look very "light". Normally a heavy vehicle like a Marder, leaves some distinct track marks in the ground.
If you try it, you will notice that it makes your dioramas more realistic.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks for your candid reply Bjoern. I will try to improve on that issue later. It's just that I do not have so much time for realistic small details but am working on them as time permits. Thanks again for your constructive critism.

I see you've made some changes to the landingcraft. Any particular why you changed? The new look, looks great too. Maybe even better Nice close up though.

I just didn't like the look of it. It simply didn't turn out the way that I wanted. I think the new look will suffice.
