Aloha everyone!!
Does anyone have a complete run down on the current armies that still use either the M-60A1 or A3 in their arsenals? I've done the cursory "Google" search and as usual come across a plethora of sites that list EVERY country that ever used the M-60 but nothing on their current status......
Thank you in advance!!!

Hi
Turkey, Portugal(will them phase out for Leo 2a6 in the future), Spain ( Leo 2A6E will replace AMX 30), the Greeks still have‘em. Should all be up to A3 standards, some with German mods. Territorial Army in Austria I believe uses them as well.
Cheers

The Iranians still have some M60A1's while the Brazilian Army has some M60A3's. Jordan may have both types still in service. Both Saudi Arabia and Egypt probably still have some M60A3's in service.

hi @ all
Austrian Armed Forces have used M60A3Ö (Ö stands for Österreich/Austria, because some upgrades have been made while being in Austrian service.) The M-60s have been replaced by (Dutch) Leopard2A4 in the late 90s.
Although Austrian Armed Forces do not use their 60s any longer it would still be a great project. (At least for me!)
Greetings from Austria

here is the rundown on the Magach
the Magach7A and 7C appear to be upgrades of the M60
the Magach7D is a upgrade if the M60A1 or M60A3
and the sabre is another upgrade of the Isreali M60 series
the Sabre is in service with turkey and could very well be an upgrade of the M60A3
