Some time back Verlinden made an interior set for the old Tamiya M5 stuart. Does anyone know if this set is compatible with the AFV club M5 that came out about 2 years ago?

I want to do an interior, but before I throw more money into it I wanted to see if it can be dropped in or if there were major differences that will make it not work on AFVs.

Thanks

Hi james, ive seen many people online and in finscale magazine galleries put a verlinden interior into the afv club kit, so i would say it would be okay.

James,
I was also planning to do the same thing (when I get around to the kit). My only thought was in Steve Zaloga's book on building the M3/M5 book he added the interior to the old Tamiya kit that he stretched to the correct length. He said he had to some modification to fit it to a longer body. So with that in mind I think you might have to stretch it between the turret floor and the drivers compartment. Haven't checked personally, so it's only a thought.
