Could you do a guide on how to make the ribbons and banners I.E what soft ware programs ETC i need to make ones for the TV and movie and a ribbon for the what if campaign also the military engineering campaign if it gets approved

I tryed to upload that one but it showed up differently on the campaign page for the what if campaign it was a pic of a u boat or somthing like that insaed of the flag?

If you could do one for the TV and movie and the engineer campaigns that would be great thanks
