Has anyone used an Eduard replacement gun barrel and if so have they any comment on them?

Hi Peter,
I bought one a few days ago for a Tiger I and looks fine to me. very well detailed and no problems with the surface, so I guess it doesn't need sanding ar anything like this. I haven't painted one before, so I cannot help you in this matter.

Thanks for the info.Until recently i was unaware that Eduard even did gun barrels and was thinking about getting one for the Revell Jagdtiger.

You might want to check Track-link for reviews. Also, missing-lynx has quite a long list of reviews, so check them out as well. A good store to buy them online would be bentbutnotbroken which is a canadian site. Good luck!

I've got the T-72 barrel and it is a multi-media kit in itself with PE and wire.
