I know this is a long shot, but are there such things as swords and knives in 1/35 scale that are not part of figure sets?

Hi Tom,
I must be honest I don't recall having seen 1/35 scale swords, daggers or bayonets released as individual parts. Tamiya's U.S. Infantry Weapons Set features some bayonets though.
They should be relatively easy to scratchbuild though...

54mm (1/32) scale knights and such is about the best bet. I do know I've seen 54mm medival and Viking accessories online. Swords, daggers, axes, helmets, etc.

Yeah, I was going to suggest similar, but I wonder if they won't appear slightly too big. Also one may have to buy a whole pack of 54mm white metal weapons only to never use the rest.
Anyway, I'm probably overthinking it
Pegaso and Andrea Miniatures both do 54mm white metal weapon sets. Check out their sites.
BTW, Tom, I forgot to ask, is it a particular period or nationility you're looking for? I'm thinking perhaps Japanese?

Yes, that's right. Presumably they put them to far more practical use than any other WW2 military force did!
