Two things on the decals.
The first is subjective. Given the overall wear on the tank, the B1 on the sides looks way too clean.
Second and objective, your shields are both on upside down. See below, CC (12th SS Panzer Division "Hitlerjugend" )

Aside from what has already been kindly and informativily pointed out above by Al, concerning the markings I like the camo and mild weathering. I also agree with Jan about that figure in the commanders cupola . . . cool.
