thnx for your comments!

mathew : the kit is.... not so good...

detail is soft: coax MG (replaced), on-board tools, jack, (waiting for a new set of Tamiya PzIV set) various hinges, clamps etc. the jerry cans are at best basic and have molded-on support frames (replaced/scratchbuilt).

the fit at times is HORRIBLE... especially the rear hull plate, front and rear turret plates, etc all needed surgery, some putty, a lot of strong-arming and swearing, to get in proper place.

the sprocket wheels are... well, WRONG and need surgery to fit

single link track is OK but only after a good clean up.

PE parts are... too many! most of it is not used. guess its for the eastern front version (?)

thick string for towing cable and useless decals... (replaced)

vague instructions and painting guide... (mostly ignored)

HOWEVER, since its the only luchs I could get locally - for the rediculous price I paid for it and for the end result.... It's GREAT!
