Well here is my first tank that I have posted. I usually don’t post because... well... my tanks look crap in comparison to what I have seen around this site. I build more for fun then to get details exactly correct. ANYWAY, I saw the 'What If' campaign and thought it was time I contribute to this awesome site!

My what if story....
The Russians are holding hill 294. A long dog leg of an outcrop, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. It gives them a field of fire in every direction, covering the best central routes to the supply East. The Germans come under devastating fire every time they attack or try to out flank. Several tanks and at least 100 troops have already become casualties.
The attack was to go in again 2 days later but an order from high command orders an immediate halt to the attack until a new reinforcement arrives. Slightly confused the men dig in and wait but are happy for the rest. A day later a supply train arrives in the rear. There are 4 new tigers and one tank under a camouflage tarp. The men gather around to see what is happening but immediately are ordered back to their posts. The next day the attack comes and once again the infantry move forward under the cover of 2 of their new tigers. As they make it to 300m to the foot of the hill they notice the other tigers charging at the hill from the other flank. The center tiger looks different though. It has a large disk on it. The tanks come under heavy fire but charge on. They disappear from sight around the hill. Then when they are almost on the first trench system there is a loud crack and a bright light that flashes from the other side of the hill. Then a few seconds later again a massive crack and a bright light pierces the sky. Troops from both sides slow their fire and are looking to the crest of the hill.
Then after 5 or 6 more loud cracks and matching flashes the trees on the top of the hill start cracking and falling down. One of the German storm troops yells with stunned amazement, that’s suicidal taking those tigers through a strong hold with this many pak guns! The commander deserves to be court marshaled for sure! At that moment the large disk appears at the crest of the hill and there is another massive CRACK! Lightening shoots out in every direction. In a split second the Russian troops that were in the bunkers 50m ahead of the disk have disappeared and the ground is smoking. Not sure what is going on troops on both sides stop shooting and look stunned towards the disk as it continues to break through the trees. It is now flanked on both sides by tiger tanks which are hosing down the trenches with their MGs. There is another CRACK and again lightening spits from the disk. This time the Russian troops are closer to the German men on the ground. They can see them get hit by the lightening and drop down into the trenches on the spot. The rest of the Russians put up their hands and throw down their guns.

By now I am sure you have guessed I have built a Tesla tank. I thought that the only chassis that would take the hardware would be the Tiger of Kingtiger. I wanted to give it plenty of damage as it would be charging into every attack and could only let loose when within the last 50m. The other thing would be that it would need cover from other tanks constantly while making its approach. I used an old tiger that I made when I was a kid, that was needing some serious attention. Anyway I hope you all enjoy!
