Great looking Figures and superb painting. I only would make more distance between the two Figures. I donīt think any soldier would let an enemy in this short distance and have his weapon down. Otherwise looks great.

Hi
I actually think the opposite and that they should be closer together if anything, with the Germans left hand in contact with the Russians sleeve to prevent him raising the weapon. Alternatively the Russian could have emptied his gun during the ensuing close quarter combat and before having a chance to reload has to defend himself against the German soldier.
Either way, great work on these Masterbox figures.

Looking really great. I would also put them closer together and have the German hold the Russian's sleeve. Are these the original Masterbox heads or did you replace them? They look great!

Really nice - simple and effective.
I do like the close proximity. The detail is nice. I like the photography too.

Thanks everyone. The figures are actually Verlinden with the Russian keeping the original head and the German getting a replacement from another head set. Also, I wanted get the Germans hand closer but because of the shape of the base and how to the 2 figures lined up I got the germans hand as close to the arm as I could without a doing a mod that I don't know if it would have worked. The thumb of the German lines up with the Russians armpit and didn't want to take the risk. But looking back I guess I could have just cut the thumb off and made it look like it was buried in the Germans armpit. ah well.
